A mixed use development with a mix of residential, commercial, private and affordable housing. Architect: Stephen Marshall Architects. Client: The British Land Company. Interiors: Douglas Mackie. The various activities surround a podium level courtyard with a ‘maze’ landscape garen. The flank eevations of the Triton Tower are formed as a series of aluminium wedges that read as a woven surface. The top of the building folds over to form a roof top colonnade, a strong townscape element that will mark out the scheme in this part of the capital.
